About Our Affiliate Returns Policy – Videocho.com

To initiate a return of a deposit, whether purchased from Amber Bay Management Corporation, or a seller, please visit the online support. An Agent will email a Refund Request Form for you to complete and return.
Our online support will guide you through the return process. After creating your refund support ticket, the Agent will issue the refund back via PayPal. We’ll notify you via e-mail when we’ve processed your refund.

We will not honour refund of your deposit more than one (1) business day past delivery of your Storyboard or Video Treatment. We can only process refunds for services provided Amber Bay Management Corporation, Amber Bay is not responsible or liable for any third-party entities, including but not limited to service providers, agents, affiliates, suppliers, advisors or consultants engaged during the video production proves.

Replacement of Damaged of Defective Footage
If you received a defective or corrupted footage that is sold by Amber Bay Management Corporation and need to replace it with the same item, visit our online support to request a replacement.

Returning a Gift
Gift returns are confidential. The online Help Desk allows gift recipients and gift givers to return items fulfilled by Benjamin Verde Inc., even if the order wasn’t marked as a gift when it was purchased. The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it’s returned.
Once your return is processed, we’ll send an Benjamin Verde Inc., Gift Card in the amount of the returned item(s) to the e-mail address you enter on the online Help Desk form. If you’re the gift giver, you’ll receive a refund to the original payment method. You’ll need the order number to complete the returns process; this can be found on the packing slip. If you don’t have an order number, please contact us.

If you have obtained funding from Benjamin Verde in order to purchase your video production and wish to cancel, exchange or request a refund shall be less the APT Fee as per the terms of the Assigned Artist Advance and Grant program.
